I completed my 13-week internship at KPMG Belgium in the Intelligent Automation team. KPMG is a global leader in professional services, focusing on audit, advisory, and innovation. My role was to contribute to AI-powered automation solutions aimed at optimizing internal operations.
The Intelligent Automation team aims to modernize and streamline repetitive tasks using cutting-edge AI tools and process optimization strategies. The mission is to empower teams to work smarter, not harder, and to bring consistency and scalability to knowledge-heavy domains.
I contributed to two major projects:
• Slide Generator — Automating slide creation using AI and dynamic data.
• Banking Control Automation — Identifying duplicate financial controls and analyzing their quality by assigning a similarity score using sentence embeddings and cosine similarity.
